The HEPA filter monitor on the front control panel will always notify you when it’s time to replace a filter, which takes just moments to complete.
However, if your ATMOSPHERE unit malfunctions or needs a service, simply contact your local Amway customer service team. If the unit needs to be sent in for repair or replacement, the customer service representative will walk you through the process.
